My wife and I were first time homebuyers. We were that exact combination of nervous and excited. We contacted Asia to view a property in a neighborhood we liked. We told her we were first time home buyers and planned on using a VA home loans. She answered all the questions we had, took the time to explain process of buying a home, and was just so personable and honest that it made this almost impossible difficult stressful process seem like a breeze. I also want to personally commend her on her thoroughness during the appraisal and walk through. She was listing and fighting for us the whole way through, on things I wouldnt have even have noticed.
