Doug made my first home purchase a breeze, and I'd recommend him to anyone in the market. He's extremely well-versed in every procedural step, and very knowledgeable in the details (and, importantly, the costs) of home repairs. He also had no problem communicating outside normal business hours.

Asia deck and her team are awesome. She is the only realtor I have ever had. Be early to a showing and early or on time to every single appointment which is a huge green flag. Where do I even begin!!! I’ve put off writing this review because I wanted to make sure I gave myself time to really attempt to give Asia the review she deserves. We were first time home buyers and during what I would consider is a crazy time to buy a home. However, we approached Asia with a scenario of being about 8-9 months out from buying. Well we ended up falling in love with a home about two months later which meant everything was about to move real fast. From day one, Asia made herself so available to us, answered all questions, and even gave us a folder full of info the first day we all met. As the process continued, Asia was pointing out and addressing issues we didn’t even know were issues. She went to bat for us so many times and never backed down! She spent countless hours at the new home with and without us being there to ensure everything was getting done and in a timely manner. If she felt like things were off or not moving according to plan, we were updated immediately and then reassured that she’s already addressed it with all others involved. My work schedule is all over the place and the closer we got to closing I was not able to answer my phone as much, but I can promise you Asia finds a way to continue giving you all the info you need. I always had texts/voicemails/emails with all the updates I needed to still know what was going on, even without being able to answer my phone. We never felt like we were not in the know throughout the whole process. I could go on and on about our experience with Asia, but just know… the knowledge base is amazing, the communication is top notch, she never made us feel dumb even though we had 12,000 questions and probably some on repeat, she fought for us from start to finish, and she 100% puts in the time/work/effort to get you where you want to be! Thank you Asia for everything and for being such a huge part of our lives in the matter of two months haha!!! 10/10 would not only recommend but will be reaching out again if additional properties are in the future!!!

Being Canadian Snowbirds, we were totally in the dark when we decided to put our Tucson home up for sale in early 2025. I could not imagine a better experience buying a house. Asia was considerate, caring, thoughtful, and explained everything thoroughly (and repeated things when I asked her too). Asia was very knowledgeable and understanding about the NAR. Which was very helpful to understand how real estate has changed by a court ruling. She had an excellent handle on it.
