Ms. Deck was very helpful in getting us all the information we needed to pursue our dream of purchasing a home. She was always willing to assist with questions, concerns and give feedback when some decisions seemed to be tough. She communicated throughout the entire process with us especially since we are from out of town. She made the process seem as easy as 1,2,3. I valued her commitment to us and all the things she did to make us feel we had her undivided attention. House buying is stressful but she helped us through everything and helped us navigate through getting some work done once we purchased the house. Not only did she make us feel like we had the best realtor and can say she made us feel like we made a friend in the process. Moving to a new state can be a challenge but its good to know you have someone there you can call on for advice, Ms. Deck is that person. Asia is a honest lady with integrity and kindness; these qualities are often lacking but she is genuine. When my dad passed away and I needed someone that not only would help me through the sale of his house but someone I could trust. Asia and I met in the dentist's office and I really believe that God brought her to help me. She took care of so many things that I don't believe were really her responsibility. She even had her husband replace the flapper in the commode. She had a handyman to replace the broken disposal for a fair price and the man did a great job! These little things mean so much because I was so busy with moving things out of the house. The business aspect went so well. Asia has this online tool so that all of the information and forms that need to be signed can be done through a online secure system. Amazing help and allowed me to sign 80% of all forms while at home in my Lazyboy, when I had time. Thanks Asia for all your help! - 2/04/2017
