Doug Deck helped my family by a house in East Tucson in March of this year. We needed a home with some special features, which made it very hard to find what we were looking for. The market was crazy, with sellers receiving multiple offers, above asking price, on the first day of listing.Doug was very proactive, sending us links to appropriate properties at the earliest possible opportunity and scheduling showings on very short notice. He is knowledgeable about home construction and made useful comments on home value and costs of potential renovations. When we wanted to make an offer, he gave us what we thought was very good advice about how much to offer and how to structure the offer to encourage the seller to accept our offer and cancel his upcoming open house.Doug is very personable and patient. First and foremost, Doug has been more than fantastic throughout the entire home buying experience. I was currently renting a house when the owner unexpectedly sold the property during my fifth year of renting and provided me with a 30-day notice to be out. Doug helped me with the legality of what I was going through and helped me purchase my first home on a very tight schedule. I am a person that is very detail oriented and naturally have lots of questions. Doug had all the knowledge and patience to answer my questions and to set me up to be successful with purchasing my new home.
