As first time home buyers, we were anxious with the home buying process but Doug Deck made the entire experience easy to understand and painless. With every document we got, Doug would sit down with us on Zoom and go line by line to make sure we understood. When it came to offering on homes, he stood strong for us as our advocate and made sure we got the best deal possible. He had inspections planned figured out so fast. When he was unsure about something in the inspection, he had it triple checked to ensure we were good to move forward. Most importantly, Doug has been a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly kind and understanding and cares about you your future home. Every time we had wanted to see a house he made it happen the next day. Asia is the best. From the first time we met, I knew she would sell our house. And she did. We signed with her on a Wednesday and Friday we had 4 offers and a contract for over the asking price.She brought us boxes, moved things around to make the rooms more "perfect" even got her husband to paint a spot we couldn't reach.I don't know how she juggles everything she has going. It is hard to put into words how much Asia has meant to my family.

We met Asia in 2017 while searching for a home in Tucson while living in North Carolina. She went above and beyond to search for and find a home for us in this wonderful area. Asia worked tirelessly searching for and touring listings all over the city and provided videos for us to review to narrow our list. She took the time to understand what we wanted, to teach us about the Tucson area and to make sure to combine those two things to get us into the perfect home. She worked seamlessly with our Mortgage Loan Officer to make sure everything about the process went smoothly.

When we determined that Tucson would be our home for years to come, we decided to trade in our starter home. Our first call was to Asia. She was so helpful in every aspect of the process of selling our current home and buying another. This process was not as easy as our first real estate transaction had been. Through it all Asia was equal parts agent, tireless advocate, consultant, and at some times, therapist. She fought for us every step of the way.

After the dust settled, we sold our starter home for 20% more than we paid just 2 years prior and purchased our dream home for 10k under asking price!

Asia is smart, attentive, dedicated, hardworking and honest. She will tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.

When the transaction was simple (relatively speaking) she was amazing. When the times got hard, she was even better!
