Asia Deck is a knowledgeable, efficient, thorough professional Realtor. She worked as a seller's agent to help us sell our house in Tucson. From the very beginning of the listing process, she was helpful and patient in explaining the sales process and how to complete the paperwork needed to create the listing. She explained what the sellers needed to do to prepare the house for photographs, and she worked with the photographer to get top-notch photos that helped to interest potential buyers. She made sure that tasks were completed on schedule, which was wonderful. Once an offer was made by a potential buyer, she explained the steps that would occur in order to complete the sale. Her clarity and confidence were reassuring as the sale process progressed. She made sure that lines of communication were always open, and she replied promptly to texts, emails and phone calls. The house was on the market for just two weeks before an offer was made, and the sale closed four weeks later. In the soft market we were in during the early spring of 2026, that was impressive. I recommend her services to anyone who has not sold a house in a while because she does an excellent job of helping the seller understand the process and getting things done on time.
