I had been struggling with some other realtors for some time in finding my first house. We decided to find a different realtor and found Asia and she was so quick to help and show me different houses as soon as possible. She was nice enough to even ask around with the neighbors to find out the noise level of the areas and perhaps what kind of area they are in and who they are which really influenced some decisions. Asia is a honest lady with integrity and kindness; these qualities are often lacking but she is genuine. When my dad passed away and I needed someone that not only would help me through the sale of his house but someone I could trust. Asia and I met in the dentist's office and I really believe that God brought her to help me. She took care of so many things that I don't believe were really her responsibility. She even had her husband replace the flapper in the commode. She had a handyman to replace the broken disposal for a fair price and the man did a great job! These little things mean so much because I was so busy with moving things out of the house. The business aspect went so well. Asia has this online tool so that all of the information and forms that need to be signed can be done through a online secure system. It is hard to put into words how much Asia has meant to my family.

We met Asia in 2017 while searching for a home in Tucson while living in North Carolina. She went above and beyond to search for and find a home for us in this wonderful area. Asia worked tirelessly searching for and touring listings all over the city and provided videos for us to review to narrow our list. She took the time to understand what we wanted, to teach us about the Tucson area and to make sure to combine those two things to get us into the perfect home. She worked seamlessly with our Mortgage Loan Officer to make sure everything about the process went smoothly.

When we determined that Tucson would be our home for years to come, we decided to trade in our starter home. Our first call was to Asia. She was so helpful in every aspect of the process of selling our current home and buying another. This process was not as easy as our first real estate transaction had been. Through it all Asia was equal parts agent, tireless advocate, consultant, and at some times, therapist. She fought for us every step of the way.

After the dust settled, we sold our starter home for 20% more than we paid just 2 years prior and purchased our dream home for 10k under asking price!

Asia is smart, attentive, dedicated, hardworking and honest. She will tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.

When the transaction was simple (relatively speaking) she was amazing. When the times got hard, she was even better!
