I had been struggling with some other realtors for some time in finding my first house. We decided to find a different realtor and found Asia and she was so quick to help and show me different houses as soon as possible. She was nice enough to even ask around with the neighbors to find out the noise level of the areas and perhaps what kind of area they are in and who they are which really influenced some decisions. She was excellent at listening to the concerns of my wife and I and was patient, knowledgeable, and found a home for us in no time.

It is hard to put into words how much Asia has meant to my family.

We met Asia in 2017 while searching for a home in Tucson while living in North Carolina. She went above and beyond to search for and find a home for us in this wonderful area. Asia worked tirelessly searching for and touring listings all over the city and provided videos for us to review to narrow our list. She took the time to understand what we wanted, to teach us about the Tucson area and to make sure to combine those two things to get us into the perfect home. She worked seamlessly with our Mortgage Loan Officer to make sure everything about the process went smoothly.

When we determined that Tucson would be our home for years to come, we decided to trade in our starter home. Our first call was to Asia. She was so helpful in every aspect of the process of selling our current home and buying another. This process was not as easy as our first real estate transaction had been. Through it all Asia was equal parts agent, tireless advocate, consultant, and at some times, therapist. She fought for us every step of the way.

After the dust settled, we sold our starter home for 20% more than we paid just 2 years prior and purchased our dream home for 10k under asking price!

Asia is smart, attentive, dedicated, hardworking and honest. She will tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.

When the transaction was simple (relatively speaking) she was amazing. When the times got hard, she was even better!

I can highly recommend Asia Deck with no reservations. I had started to work with another realtor and was disappointed, and when I met Asia I switched immediately. From the very beginning she gave me personalized service, spent time getting to know me and my needs and helping me find a great house in my price range. She was quick and responsive whenever needed - to see a property, to contact a realtor, to arrange inspections. I learned that house buying can go really fast after you've made an offer, and I felt like she was working for me 24-7 to get our offer in and all the follow up work. She was present for viewings and inspections and asked penetrating questions about the house that I would never have thought of. Asia Deck is a knowledgeable, efficient, thorough professional Realtor. She worked as a seller's agent to help us sell our house in Tucson. From the very beginning of the listing process, she was helpful and patient in explaining the sales process and how to complete the paperwork needed to create the listing. She explained what the sellers needed to do to prepare the house for photographs, and she worked with the photographer to get top-notch photos that helped to interest potential buyers. She made sure that tasks were completed on schedule, which was wonderful. Once an offer was made by a potential buyer, she explained the steps that would occur in order to complete the sale. Her clarity and confidence were reassuring as the sale process progressed. She made sure that lines of communication were always open, and she replied promptly to texts, emails and phone calls. The house was on the market for just two weeks before an offer was made, and the sale closed four weeks later. In the soft market we were in during the early spring of 2026, that was impressive. I recommend her services to anyone who has not sold a house in a while because she does an excellent job of helping the seller understand the process and getting things done on time. My wife and I were first time homebuyers. We were that exact combination of nervous and excited. We contacted Asia to view a property in a neighborhood we liked. We told her we were first time home buyers and planned on using a VA home loans. She answered all the questions we had, took the time to explain process of buying a home, and was just so personable and honest that it made this almost impossible difficult stressful process seem like a breeze. I also want to personally commend her on her thoroughness during the appraisal and walk through. She was listing and fighting for us the whole way through, on things I wouldnt have even have noticed.
