This was my first experience in buying a house, and it was very simple. A lot of people say that home buying is a complicated and stressful process, but that was not the case when I worked with Asia. She was very responsive to email text and phone calls, and was available during my schedule to search for homes. She was helpful at finding homes in my price range. She was also helpful with information about the buying process and was able to walk me through it, making my process easier. My husband and I highly recommend Asia-she is extraordinary! Asia is incredibly hardworking, knows Tucson, and knows the current market. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were incredibly nervous. In addition, we are very different and had pretty different ideas on what we wanted in a house. Asia communicated often, was incredibly patient, and very understanding. She worked with us for months to find the perfect house for us and our son. She handled not-so-great situations with the Seller Agent with incredibly grace. She has checked in multiple times after we closed to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that everything is going well. When my mother mentioned an electrical issue, she got right on it and was able to negotiate with the Seller Agent to get the work covered (post-closing) at no cost to us.
