Asia was very knowledgeable and always did her best to be at every appointment and answer any questions that I had. She did a great job of negotiating with the seller and was on top of asking them questions and getting them to drop the price. She was easily able to identify a house that was a good fit and was able to tell which ones wouldn't be a good fit before even going there. I highly suggest working with her! - 3/28/2024

Asia is a honest lady with integrity and kindness; these qualities are often lacking but she is genuine. When my dad passed away and I needed someone that not only would help me through the sale of his house but someone I could trust. Asia and I met in the dentist's office and I really believe that God brought her to help me. She took care of so many things that I don't believe were really her responsibility. She even had her husband replace the flapper in the commode. She had a handyman to replace the broken disposal for a fair price and the man did a great job! These little things mean so much because I was so busy with moving things out of the house. The business aspect went so well. Asia has this online tool so that all of the information and forms that need to be signed can be done through a online secure system. Amazing help and allowed me to sign 80% of all forms while at home in my Lazyboy, when I had time. Thanks Asia for all your help! - 2/04/2017 

Doug is the absolute best! I started my journey to home ownership right as the market took a huge swing towards seller's market. Doug was super patient with me! Asia is a professional. She was always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and (most importantly) she got the job done !! When we were about to close on the sale of our home, the buyer saw a broken floor tile in the laundry room and Asia (and her husband) came over and fixed it so the closing would move forward without delay. In my book, that's going the "extra mile" and we really appreciated her efforts to keep things on track.
