We are conducting virtual tours for folks interested in buying, showing homes in-person with modified distancing behaviors, listing new homes on the market and doing all of the contractual coordination that keeps the industry moving.
Whether you are thinking of buying or selling, you can go through the entire process with minimal risk. We are taking precautions in all of our face-to-face interactions, and much of what needs to be done when buying or selling is done electronically.
Some of the trends that we talked about in the first 2 months of 2020 are still trending:
- Inventory remains very low
- Buyers are snapping up homes as quickly as they list
- Pricing appears to be holding strong
This bodes really well for an after-pandemic rebound. For those interesting in selling, there may not be any benefit in waiting to list.
